To this end, the FBISD School Health Advisory Council (SHAC) uses the Whole School, All Child, Whole Community (WSCC) model to implement the District Wellness Policy (FFA). This policy promotes evidence-based wellness resources that support the ongoing health of staff, students, and the community. The FBISD SHAC works to ensure that students have access to nutritious meals, physical activity opportunities, and health education.
