At the start of every “1st Friday” Shabbat evening service, we’ll recognize those of you celebrating birthdays and anniversaries that month with songs and blessings.
We hope that this will become a new “tradition” in our temple family!

2009 / 5769 Sisterhood Projects and Events
One of Sisterhood’s biggest projects this year is to collect items for The Rainbow Room. The Fort Bend Community Partners Rainbow Room is a charitable organization dedicated to helping children and families in CPS crisis by supporting the efforts of caseworkers. We want to collect as many items as possible to donate to this local charity. They need NEW pajamas, toothbrushes, stuffed animals, diapers and blankets and gently used car seats, cribs, high chairs, and baby beds. Federation "Gift of Israel" Program: Make Your Teen's Israel Trip a Reality!
"Gift of Israel" is a savings incentive program created especially for your child’s future teen trip to Israel.
If your child is currently in the 3rd through 7th grade, the time to enroll is NOW.
For each year you deposit $150 into your child’s Wells Fargo savings account, the Jewish Federation will also set aside $150 annually to help fund your child’s trip.
